The CDI requires the expertise of a service provider, based in Cape Town, to facilitate both in-person and online support and capacity building for three groups of craft producers located in three different towns in the Western Cape.

Under the guidance of both the CDI’s Project Manager and the CDI’s Manager for Capacity Building the services required are: 1) Creativity training; 2) Product development support and coaching; 3) Enabling an understanding of a place and how products can communicate the place and it’s stories; 4) Input with respect to market opportunities and product presentation and 5) Support the preparation, implementation, monitoring and reporting of all training interventions in this programme.
