Managing people begins at home with how we manage ourselves! The workshop explores the forces that drive us and the coping mechanisms we put in place as we go through our daily lives? It will provide an opportunity to explore how people relate to others in different contexts. Managing people becomes a whole lot easier when we are comfortable within ourselves!
