This workshop aims to teach you how money flows in a business. Using a simulated business game, you will get to understand the nature of money and how the choices and decisions you make will affect the success or failure of your business.

This course will highlight the value of planning; understand the flow of cash in a business; understand the need to keep accurate records; understand how the allocation of capital affects a business cash flow; determine how to raise profits through creating value and selling; determine the impact of unplanned expenses and penalties for reckless spending on the business; understand the dangers of selling on credit and its effect on cash resources and selling and negotiating techniques with suppliers and clients when placing order and selling products in order to improve cash reserves.

The course will end with participants performing selling and negotiating techniques with suppliers and clients when placing order and selling products.
