Sadulla Karjiker is Professor of Intellectual Property Law and the incumbent of the Anton Mostert Chair of Intellectual Property Law in the Department of Mercantile Law at Stellenbosch University. He holds the degrees BSc LLB (UCT), LLM (London) and LLD (Stellenbosch), and is admitted as an attorney in South Africa and as a solicitor in England.

He has practised corporate and commercial law in both jurisdictions.  He also worked for a UK legal publisher on its technology-related projects.
