Is social media part of your marketing strategy? Members are given guidelines based on research to help them use social media to its full advantage. The workshop is strongly focused on craft and design sector businesses and is designed to help a business owner to promote their business to a global market.

Participants need to have good product photos, a well-written story/profile for their business including branding, together with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, all of which must be brought with to the workshop.
