Starting a business is very exciting – especially thinking about the potential of realising your dream with all the fantastic ideas in your head! But it’s also very scary, and daunting, trying to organise these ideas and figuring out where to start.
You could allow paralysis to set in, which can sabotage your dream, or you can use proven and trusted business tools to help you get organised.

Please join us as we introduce the Business Model Canvas, which will assist you to organise your thoughts; and it helps you to answer crucial questions, and to clarify your way forward to realising your dream.

The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management tool to quickly and easily define and communicate a business idea or concept. It is a one-page document which works through the fundamental elements of a business or product, structuring an idea in a coherent way.
It provides structure to (certain elements of) strategy. It seeks to depict the way that value is created and delivered to your customers, and how revenue is generated. It is therefore the business’s strategy distilled into a conceptual blueprint.
