A Guide to Festive Season Marketing

It's almost December and the festive season is traditionally the busiest period for eCommerce – and it will perhaps be – more so this year than any other year with so many more people online savvy. While some businesses and consumers will be taking advantage of promotional dates such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, December is the month where counsumers will spend the most due to the festive season, particularly when it comes to the craft and design sector. It is therefore worth it to prepare early to maximise the opportunity for sales and ensure that your customers have the best possible experience.

In this webinar we will cover:
• Strengthening your online presence before the holidays
• Marketing to known clients
• Drive sales to your business with new clients
• Turn customers into repeat customers after the festive season
