She founded Endor By Design in 2010, a brand development and marketing agency focusing on businesses in their growth phase. Over the decade, she lectured at top institutes such as UCT, GetSmarter and Sierra Nevada College (USA). She often is invited to speak to organisations and conferences throughout SA.

Mishka Daries has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of media and communications. Most of the time was spent as the programme director of a local community radio station. She later moved overseas as a digital editor at an international TV station. She has a bachelor’s degree in Film and Media studies from UCT.
