About the facilitator: 

With a varied career spanning the retail, online gaming, financial services and coaching sectors, Mary J Fourie has extensive experience as a professional coach and facilitator. She has pioneered the concept of Coached Lifestyle Financial Planning through founding her own authorised financial services provider, My Journey 2 Freedom. She is known for helping others think about and plan their money and their life in an integrated, whole-person approach incorporating mind, body, and soul. Her gift is to inspire change-making; helping individuals shift the way they earn and spend their money to align with what feels most purposeful and meaningful to them. With a passion for growing financial coaching in South Africa, she has co-founded the Money Talks Development Financial Coach Training School and sits as a volunteer co-opted member of the local board of directors of the South African Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the role of Ambassador for Coaching in the Financial Services Sector.

Led by her values of freedom created by connection, contribution and response-ability, Mary J believes that the journey to financial freedom is accessible to all when approached with mindfulness and intention.
