Quality Management ensures that an organization, product, or service is consistent. It has four main components: quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. Quality management is focused not only on product and service quality but also on the means to achieve it.

About the facilitator:
Rosemary Cooke runs CDI’s Business Training and Development Hub and has led numerous incubator programmes for emerging entrepreneurs who are mostly located in peri-urban and semi-rural areas. She not only manages the programme but also provides business consulting, mentoring and coaching services.

Rose is passionate about people and enterprise development and in sharing her wealth of knowledge: she holds BTech Degrees in Business Management and Human Resources Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in Small Enterprise Consulting.
