Description:

The concept of quality and its various dimensions is explored.  A quality management system (QMS) is a collection of business processes and procedures that aims to ensure that the quality of products or services meets - or exceeds - customer expectations. Such systems are typically repeatable and measurable and rely on continuous improvement. An approach to implementing a quality management system (whether for ISO certification or not) is presented.
