Leadership is the art of guiding and inspiring others with care and purpose towards new and collective goals. Effective leaders possess self-awareness, emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to strategize for both the present and the future. In this webinar, we will examine what it means to be a leader in various contexts - whether leading oneself, guiding a team, nurturing children, or supporting a community.

Participants will learn how to develop and enhance their leadership qualities, bringing clarity, care, and direction to their roles. By fostering these attributes, individuals can inspire and motivate others, creating a positive and productive environment that supports collective success.

About the facilitator:
Delphine Oliver has over three decades of experience working with people as a physiotherapist (MSc.) and Integral Coach (ICF-PCC).Her work is founded on the belief that by nurturing the relationship we have with ourselves, we can engage with others with greater integrity and authenticity.

Effective relationships are built on the ability to regulate our nervous system, emotions, and thoughts. This regulation allows us to respond rather than react habitually in challenging situations.Delphine emphasises that self-regulation, self-awareness, and inner leadership are critical skills that can be developed and grown over a lifetime to lead an engaged and purposeful life.

Delphine's professional experience includes working with organisations in both the private and non-profit sectors, coaching groups, and one-on-one sessions. She also facilitates group processes focused on self-awareness and self-regulation, linking these skills to effective relationships with oneself and others. In her private life, Delphine is passionate about raising three children with her husband. She brings a cross-cultural perspective, juggling her Swiss heritage with the diverse South African  ways of being.
