In addition to the original agenda, we look forward to hearing from Dr Katherine Train. She researches, develops and presents programs enabling empathy in organisations.  She completed a PhD at UCT GSB identifying capacities to sustainably practice empathy with personal and organisational resource limitation. She'd like to contribute to an in-depth understanding and practice of empathy in Service Design and to a research project to capture insights and progress gleaned from a rich, valuable South African context.

Agenda:

o   Dr Katherine Train shares her experiences

o   Facilitated discussion:

o   Developing an outcome for the Working Group

o   Exploring the focus of the group

  o   Discussing Sustainability, Funding

o   Announcement of upcoming health conference ( 9 & 10 March 2017)

Please extend this invitation to clinicians as we acknowledge the request to bring together a broader representation of the users we aim to serve.
