Product Support consultations assist participants to either refine existing product or develop new product with the aim of stimulating the originality, diversity and quality of creative product within the market.
This assisted DIY process supports individuals to explore ideas, concepts and processes related to the development of product.

Terms:
Consultations are free, and due to high demand you must inform a member of the Product Support Space staff immediately if you need to cancel a booking. Users who fail to show up for appointments without 24-hours notice will be excluded from using the space for a set time period.
Missed appointments are defined as:
· Failing to show up for an appointment
· Arriving more than 15 minutes late and failing to notify us
· Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance
