This workshop aims to teach you how money works. Using a simulated business game, you will get to understand the nature of money and how the choices and decisions you make will affect the success or failure of your business.

 This course will cover:

•       Understanding the need to keep accurate records

•       Do you know why accurate record keeping is important for your business?

•       Determine how the allocation of capital affects a business

•       Determine how to raise profits through creating value and selling

•       Determine the impact of unplanned expenses and penalties for reckless spending on the business

•       Highlighting the dangers of selling on credit and its effect on business

The course will end with participants performing selling and negotiating techniques with suppliers and clients when placing order and selling products.
