The Product Refinement Workshop is a half day facilitated activity aimed at exploring ideas and processes around refining existing product being made for market. Participants are encouraged to interrogate ideas around quality, materials, production and other related issues within their own processes and explore how the range of tools, equipment and support within the Product Support facility might assist them.
