Vacancies: 2 x Administrative Assistants at CDI

CAPE TOWN OPPORTUNITY IN A CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE

AND ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT

 

The CDI requires the services of 2 skilled and innovative Administrative Assistants within its Youth LaunchPad project implemented with SMME member companies

 

ADMIN ASSISTANT

(8-Month Fixed-Term Contract Position)

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Youth LaunchPad Project Manager with onboarding of business owners
  • Collection, collation and uploading of business supporting documents (evidence)
  • Updating and populating project databases
  • Maintain an effective financial administration system
  • Set up and maintain an effective and efficient filing system
  • Ensure the preparation of all reporting information required by the Project Manager
  • Assist the Project Manager with all logistical preparations for workshops and/or other events arranged by the Project

 

You will need:

  • At least 3 years relevant working experience at a senior administrative level
  • A diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial, Office Management or Project management
  • Experience in the craft, design and related sectors will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders
  • To be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
